Amay Quinto Punta Prima

Punta Prima is a beautiful destination to stay, located in a central and attractive area. It is ideal for both short getaways and long-term stays in the winter, with the right amenities and plenty of sun on the terrace. For golf enthusiasts, this is also an excellent place.

This complex is situated in one of the newest residential neighborhoods of Punta Prima, just a 13-minute walk from Punta Prima beach. All the amenities you may need, such as a varied selection of shops, bars, restaurants, and supermarkets, are nearby and accessible on foot.

This modern and stylish ground-floor apartment is located in Park Amay Quinto, less than 700 meters from the Punta Marina shopping center and 1.3 kilometers from Punta Prima beach. The communal park features beautifully landscaped gardens, several swimming pools, and a children's playground.

The holiday apartment has a spacious and elegantly furnished living room with a smart TV featuring international channels and WiFi. The fully equipped open kitchen includes all necessary appliances, including a dishwasher. There are two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite with a walk-in shower, and two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, both with built-in wardrobes. The apartment also has air conditioning (hot and cold).

The large, sunny terrace of 20 m², adjacent to the park and the pool, is furnished with a lounge set, chairs, a BBQ, and a parasol. Underneath the complex, there is a garage where you can safely park your car.

The Beaches

1.3 kilometers from the complex lies Rocio del Mar beach, which has been awarded the Blue Flag and the "Q" for tourist quality. Additionally, the surrounding beaches and coves of Punta Prima, La Zenia Beach (3 kilometers), Cala Ferris (500 meters), and Playa Flamenca (1.5 kilometers) are also easily accessible.

Restaurants and Shops

Punta Prima itself has a commercial center, Punta Marina, where you will find, among others, a Consum supermarket, an Eroski gas station, a wok buffet, The Captain’s Table for fish and chips, and a delicious breakfast. There are also the Amigos bar, a Chinese restaurant, La Piazza with Italian dishes, a Subway, Milar, Druni, and The Card Place. Along the N332, there are more restaurants, such as Rogues Carvery, Rogues Fish Bar, Puccini, Ghandi, Roca with Thai cuisine, Picasso with German cuisine, and various bars like Marco Polo.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR HOLIDAY HOME
We kindly ask you to read the following information carefully.

What happens after I have booked an accommodation? 
You have booked an accommodation through our website. We will send the travel documents to your email address as soon as possible. After our confirmation, your booking is definite.

When do I make the down payment?
The down payment of 30% of the rental price has to be made within 5 days after the invoice date. All payments have to be pay through bank transfer. Your payment statement and the booking confirmation together can be used as the rental contract.

Do I need to pay a damage deposit?
Yes, you will have to pay a deposit of 250 to 300€. This deposit will be refunded to you within 8 days after departure. Possible costs for damage will be deducted from the refunded deposit.

Once you are back home, I would also like to ask you to provide your bank account number so that we can refund the security deposit quickly and efficiently.

How do I arrange the Key handover?
We list all properties on behalf of owners who have appointed a local management team. This team ensures that your holiday accommodation is ready for your arrival and is available to assist you during your stay. If there are any delays in your arrival, please inform the accommodation manager, as they may have multiple appointments at different locations.

To ensure that everything goes smoothly for your upcoming stay, we would like to receive your arrival details as soon as possible.
We kindly request that you provide this information no later than 4 weeks before your arrival date. This will help us make the necessary preparations for your stay. 

The accommodation manager is been informed about your booking today. The details of the accommodation manager will be given to you after we receive your mail.

At what time do I need to arrive at my holiday home?
Every day of arrival is also a day of departure. Guests are able to arrive between 16.00 and 23.00 hrs. On the day of departure you have to leave the accommodation before 11.00 hrs. You will find more information in your travel documents.

Key deliveries after 23.00 hours at additional costs 25€, refundable form the deposit.  In case you would like to arrive earlier or later, please discuss this with the accommodation manager. It may be an option!

Are bed and bath linen included in the rental price?
Kitchen, bed and bath linen are included in the rental price. We advise our guests to bring a beach towel themselves to use at the swimming pool or at the beach. The same goes for the bedding for baby cots.

Use of electricity
The rental rates include energy costs, except when your consumption exceeds 85 kWh for a 2-bedroom property or 120 kWh for a 3-bedroom property. In these instances, any excess usage will be deducted from your deposit at a rate of 0.35€ per kWh.

The key manager will be available to provide further clarification on -site.
